Information we handle

• Verified phone number, optional email, display name and authentication identifiers.
• Delivery addresses, job-site access notes, orders, invoices, returns and support history.
• COD collection, settlement and refund references. We do not collect card or UPI credentials.
• Device endpoints, communication preferences and campaign attribution when you permit those uses.
• Security, diagnostic and service-usage records needed to operate and protect the platform.

Why we use it

We use data to verify accounts, quote and fulfil orders, communicate delivery status, create tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, improve reliability and meet legal obligations. Marketing, advertising measurement and optional notifications follow the choices presented to you.

Processors and disclosures

Information may be shared only as needed with authentication, payment, delivery, communications, cloud, analytics and professional service providers. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users, or during a properly controlled business transfer. Providers must receive only the information needed for their role.

Retention and safeguards

Operational records are retained for the time needed to provide the service. Tax, transaction, fraud, dispute and legal records may be retained for longer statutory periods or while a legal hold applies. Access controls, encryption and audit records reduce risk, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may update profile and address information, change optional communication preferences, raise a privacy concern, or submit a versioned deletion request. Account deletion is a reviewed workflow, not an instant hard-delete. Read the account deletion guide or visit the grievance page.
